[wtp-dev] WTP 3.0.3 stream build verification

We completed regression testing of WTP 3.0.3 stream build in the context of an adopter product(Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse) and did not find any regressions during our tests.

Feature: WTP 3.0.3 integration verification
Use case:
* Runtime creation & Server overview
* Project Creation - JPA, EJB (2.1 & 3.0), Web, Enterprise and Utility
* Dependency - Web <> Utility <> EAR
* Publish to server
* Export - WAR & EAR
NOTE: The above use cases were repeated on WebLogic Server 10.0 and 10.3
