Re: [wtp-dev] ACTION REQUIRED for people that depend on org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui

If we know that other's in WTP have to react to a version increase, let's wait until they react before releasing the version increase.

The reason I suggest this is that our PDE batch builds fail outright if not all the bundles can be resolved. And, that's by design
(that is, the build can not be fixed).

But, I do appreciate communication here on these lists and realize it's not always simple to know when to release the
changes that interact with other components. In this case I imagine the other teams will react within a few more hours,
so no need to back it out (yet, anyway :)

[wtp-dev] ACTION REQUIRED for people that depend on        org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui

This email is for people that depend on org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui

org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui's version has increased from 1.0.400 to 1.1.0

If you depend on the sse.ui plugin, you may need to widen your prereqs.

The following bugs have already been opened for the jsf & jsdt components to widen their prereqs:

A fix for has been released to the build.

This fix adds a new element, documentationTextHover to the org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui.editorConfiguration extension point.

Since this was an API change, the sse.ui plugin's version number had to be increased.

Adopters can now contribute their own documentation text hover to a specific

partition type in a document.  For more information, please see the

documentation for the editorConfiguration extension point.
