The WTP 3.0 M2 I Build is tested and declared:

There is one caveat! Please use the eclipse M1 platform as a base instead of their latest I build. Due to platform bug 201906, you cannot change facet versions in the facet dialog panel. This will be fixed for next week's platform I build.
