[wtp-dev] Pieces missing from Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers distribution

I downloaded this
distribution, went to install WLS Server Tools via an update site
and got the following message:
Java Persistence API
Tools (1.0.0.v200706250000-77--CYQCCz-CoRPCCCH) requires feature
"org.eclipse.datatools.enablement.feature".

Note that the
feature that I am installing has no dependencies on JPA or DTP. I looked at the
distribution and indeed it does not contain
org.eclipse.datatools.enablement.feature feature. In fact there are quite a few
datatools features missing as compared to a "standard" WTP installation (as
downloaded via the WTP build page). It looks like this problem will prevent
installation of all features via the update site mechanism.
Not sure who owns
creating this distribution...
