Chuck,

I have created a patch to fix the Servlet wizard. See it attached at bug 181385:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=181385
Take a look at my comments as well.

The Servet wizard now works, but the strange thing is that nothing is written in the web.xml file. Do you know why is this?
