[wtp-dev] WTP 2.0 Milestone 2 Declared -- with some cautionary notes --

The only cautionary note is that this
milestone has not been tested very much (and we did not have weekly integration
builds to test each week
during this short development period).
But, it does work with the platform Eclipse 3.3 M2, so it is believed best
to declare it with minimal testing, 
and start working towards our M3.
