We encountered a problem when testing the WTP documentation in an adopter
product....the extension points we had added to the documentation weren't
working as designed in one of our plugins. We've since modified the
extension points so that they work. We'd like to get this update into WTP
1.5.1 so that anything building on top of it has the option of extending
the documentation rather than taking it as-is.

A couple of us have tested the patches attached to the bug and I can't see
it introducing any errors to any other components.
