[wtp-dev] Article show-casing software quality myths

As we move closer to the WTP 1.5 release,
for which we've all focused on quality, I thought it would be appropriate
to highlight an article I just read that dispels many of the software quality
myths such as:

Myth: Initiating testing activities earlier in
the development cycle increases delivery time while reducing the number
of features in the product. 

Myth: You are more efficient if you have one developer
(or a single source) specialized in each development area. 

Myth: Producing code is the developer's primary
task.
