J2EE component passes the smoke test.

4. As discussed in status meeting, if anyone has a fix for a critical or
blocking problem (or completely safe fix, like improving JavaDoc coverage
stats), 
These may be released, but committers need to make sure its important,
safe, and that everyone is notified.
