[wtp-dev] J2EE Smoke test pass - mostly

The J2EE smoke test went relatively well.

All module creation is working and creating faceted projects.  One caveat is the EAR wizard add default modules is not adding the modules properly to the EAR.  The workaround is to use the J2EE modules property sheet to add/remove modules.  (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=114100)

There also seems to be no java container added to the EJB project if you select IBM WebSphere as your runtime.

Publish runtime looks okay, publishing to IBM WebSphere fails, but other servers like Tomcat or Jonas work.

We feel pretty confident no redrop is necessary and we declare the smoke test as passing.
