[wtp-dev] Integrating Milestone Plans and Bugzilla

I have completed the first step of the
integration. You will now see buglist-report.html files alongside your
milestone_plan.html files. For example [1]. The buglist reports are generated
from Bugzilla and have links to the assciated Milestone plan items. They
also show any obvious inconsistencies.

I will next create a index page from
these, then also have links from the milestone plans to the buglist.

At present I am generating these reports
via an Ant build, however, I should be able to generate them dynamicall
via php. That would simplify the build.
