I am looking for more information on the change in M5 called, 'Structural builder moving to publish task', that was discussed in today's(6/16) Architecture Component Open House and also in the following url:

Also, is the enhancement, http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/development/proposals/Component_Feature_Proposal.html

still planned for Release 1.0?

In general, how do we find out details of planned changes and when those changes will be taking place.
