[wtp-dev] Nonscheduled re-spin of "warm-up" I-build

Since the last 3 warm-up builds have
had (the same) compile error, I have just now "manually" started
another 
warm-up build ... in the hopes of making
our "final" candidate 3:00 (EDT) build more likely to be perfect.


I suggest after that 3:00 build (which
will closely follow the nonscheduled one), we'll only respin on 
request, with associated bugs listed.


In case it helps improve our process,
investigation has revealed the following reasons for the 
3 consecutive compile failures:

        Component
lead's watch had stopped and didn't release in time

21 Apr 2005 -- 06:01 (-0400)    2 

        Component
lead noticed his watch was still stopped

21 Apr 2005 -- 16:01 (-0400)    2

        Component's
lead overslept since his watch wasn't working

[Just kidding, but those sound better
than the real reasons :) ]
