[wtp-dev] Build failures related to 0414 version of EMF

Moving up to 0414 version of EMF has
for some reason caused some build failures. 
I've contacted the knowledgeable experts
in this area via email and we'll continue
investigating. But, since it is the
weekend ... thought I'd wait a while before I start 
calling people at home :)
