Committers,

From now on you will get an email notification twice during a build 
immediaely before the upload to the eclipse server starts.  This email will 
contain compilelogs and testlogs statistics.

The first email is sent before tests start so it will only contain compilelogs.
The second email sill be sent after the buidl completes but before upload 
starts so you will notice a delay between this email and the time you can 
access the full build.
