[wtp-dev] SDK builds.

Hello everyone,
I have been working on a PDE template plug-in for server tooling.(An 
improved version of what we had in eclipsecon demo). I am going to check 
in this into CVS, but I am not sure if this plugin should become a part 
of the regular WTP distro, since it has no real benefit to users and it 
adds a dependency to the PDE. But the SDK builds can be a suitable place 
for this and plugins with similar purposes. Unfortunately SDK builds are 
not different from regular builds they basically include the source. 
Should two builds differentiate so that SDK build may accommodate 
plugins such as this one, or keeping this plugin in CVS and distributing 
it from there is the best we can do?
