[wtp-dev] Generic server UI change

Hi,
With this I build every single Generic server is presented in the new 
server/runtime wizard individually. In the previous releases they were 
under a single server named Generic server.
As a result of this change, you will find servers such as JOnAS under 
the Generic folder of new server/runtime wizard. See attached image.
