I'd like to nominate Lawrence Dunnell as a committer. Larry started by committing the new (Embedded Connection Wizard for RDB), improved RDB code contribution to CVS and getting it into the build.  He has been responsible for monitoring and fixing RDB component related build issues.  He has also tested builds, contributed to the RDB documentation, provided a sample code plug-in and provided responses on the WTP newsgroup.
