I think the Preferences should reflect
the user view, not the project organization view. This means no WTP, WST
and JST - just Data, Server, XML, etc.

Comitters,

I believe we need to reorganize the component pereferences ui, currently
our components add new categories and preferences pages without too much
organization.

Some suggestions are divide them by project or components or some combination:

1) WST
                
Editors
                
WS
                
Server

1) JST
                
Servers
                
EJB
                
WS
           ..

Another option is to use a project wide category

WTP
                
Editors
                
                 XML
                
                 JSP
                
                 ..
                
WS
                
EJB

Finally we should have an "Experimental category we can use daring
prototyping"

Any thoughts?
