[wtp-dev] Getting Started Problem

I am trying to create a new web service and have been following the
"Getting Started" tutorial at:
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/initial-contribution/IBM/evalGuides/WebServicesToolsEval.html?p=1#tour-bu

However when I try to create the web service using the wtp.Converter
example
I am getting:  "IWAB0019E Error in getting method from Java bean."

Web service runtime: Apache Axis 1.0
Server: Tomcat v4.1 Server @ localhost and it is running
J2EE version: 1.3

Java Runtime: j2sdk1.4.2_05
Eclipse 3.0.1

The Project was created according to the tutorial.

I was really looking forward to using this as the old command line
Java2WSDL was cumbersome to say the least
