[wtp-dev] RDB Component Refreshed and Added To WST Build

The work has been completed to remove
the old data tooling contribution and add the new contribution based on
the new SQL model.  All the data tooling plug-ins now reside in the
RDB component.  The RDB component has also been added to the build.

I also had to add the org.eclipse.wst.common.navigator.views
plug-in to the build because there is a dependency on it.
