Option I- org.eclipse.wtp.releng package has the ant scripts that are used
by the build machine to prepare a build from CVS. If you use the
buildeType=N this will create a build from the HEAD. Current scripts are
for linux but not very hard to change for a windows machine. There is a
readme.html file you will find useful.
Option-II use the project files that Panagiatos has prepared and build from
eclipse, that is what most of the committers do.
Deniz is preparing a document that will detail how to prepare your own
build machine so that you can replicate the WTP build infrastructure on any
platform, i.e. windows :-) He will also release that under the releng in CVS.
