A committer election for Alexander Kurtakov on project Eclipse Wild Web
Developer (tools.wildwebdeveloper) was started by Mickael Istria with this
criteria:

Alex has started taking care about some releng stuff, like updating versions
of Maven plugins. This kind of effort is highly welcome in the project and I
trust Alex is more than capable of taking care of them without being slown
down by necessary reviews. So to make him more productive and to make the
project more up-to-date and efficient, I'd like Alex to become a committer.
