[websocket-dev] Branch clean-up

Hi all,

I'm planning on looking at #403 today / tomorrow which will require a 
new release of the 2.1.x API JARs.

Looking at our current tags and branches we have some rather confusing 
names for branches. This is because the build process creates a new 
branch for every tag.

To clean things up a but, I'll be making the following changes:

2.1.0 -> 2.1.x
2.0.0 -> 2.0.x
1.1.2 -> 1.1.x
1.1.1 -> deleted (we have the 1.1.1 tag and development continued
                  on 1.1.2/1.1.x)
