Re: [wakaama-dev] IPR in wakaama source code

I would lide to ask a question related to wakaama source code. As I know, wakaama is an implementation of lwm2m specification. However, the specification states that if we implement, we have to search IRP related issues ourselves and that OMA will not take any responsibilities. Does anyone know how wakaama handle IPR problems in implementing specification?

Thuy,

The short answer is that like all open source, Wakaama does not come with any promises, warranties, indemnities, liabilities or any other word that lawyers like to invent to make developers lives more difficult. After all you are getting it for free.

So sorry, but you are on your own in deciding whether there are any IPR risks.
