    Â  There no branch in Leshan which supports the registration update
    with POST.
    Â  With the specification which changes frequently, I think this is
    not the last time we will face this kind of incompatibility.
    Â  I suppose the simple way to fix that at Leshan side is to support
    POST and PUT for registration. (Waiting the final 1.0.0
    specification release)
    Â  This will be available soon in master.

I update today to the current wakaama master.

This contains the PR #54 „update registration update“,

which uses POST instead of PUT (according the current TS, 20150615, 8.2.3).

Using wakaama, all works fine.

But trying to use Leshan (master, commit 0de6017a86e6779ab3216c8d9d178faf42e4aa4e) the

„register update“ fails.

 

So I have two questions:

 

@Julien: do you know, if there is any branch containing that update „registration update“

                  or plan to update „registration update“ in leshan also?

                

@David: if the answer from julien is „no branch and no plan in the near future“, would it be possible,

                  to add „deprecated register update“ compile switch to the wakaama client build

                  (I will prepare a PR for that, if you agree) ?
