[wakaama-dev] bringing tinydtls to Eclipse

Hello,

I am new to this list and have not been actively following recent
discussions, so forgive me if this has been brought up before. I have
been asked to bring tinydtls[0] under the hood of the Eclipse Foundation
to facilitate secure communication for IoT projects such as Wakaama. One
of the open questions is whether it is favorable to have this as a
sub-project to Wakaama. What do you think?
