[vtp-dev] VTP M1 is available

Hi All, 

VTP milestone build "M1" is now available from the VTP web site.
In addition to providing a standards-based editing environment for voice
applications, this milestone exposes two new API sets for clients to use
to enhance their tooling offerings:

 1) A VoiceXML browser execution
API, allowing registered browsers to communicate and be controlled by any
user of the API
 2) A speech services API allowing
tooling to communicate to a speech service using a vendor-neutral API

Both offer a real opportunity for Eclipse-based
voice tooling to reach new levels of interoperability. As these are developed-oriented
builds, please evaluate the APIs contained in these builds for suitability
to your environment and report back suggestions for improvement to the
API.
