[vtp-dev] Plugin/Feature naming

I noticed that the feature for the voice tools project says "Eclipse Voice Toolkit" and the provider name for the plugins says IBM Voice Tools. Shouldn't that be Eclipse Voice Tools (Project?) and Eclipse.org, respectively?
