[vjet-dev] vjet submodule cleanup

I have consolidated the following submodules these are now all available under the vjet.all git repo.

core
eclipse
vsf
dltk

The remaining git submodules are:

jsdt.parser
rhino

This should help with workflow and not requiring 2 commits one in vjet.all repo and one in submodule repo (with the exception of the jsdt.parser and rhino submodules which don't change that often)

If you have a vjet clone already you may get an error message about merging. I suggest you clone a new repo and then move your changes over. If you have any questions let me know.
