[vjet-dev] VJet dependencies and Kepler

Hi guys,

I've proposed a couple of patches for the issue 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=407121 due to restrict the 
upper version of Jetty to be 8.1.10 thus not allowing to use Jetty 9.x 
when installing on Kepler.

We'd like you to verify and apply these patches if suitable.
