Just checked with the webmasters.

Is there a replacement Ivy or Maven repository available for the Virgo artefacts?

There is no backup from build.eclipse.org containing the Ivy repository.

We’ve got p2 repositories available for 3.7.2.RELEASE and 3.6.4.RELEASE on download.eclipse.org.

You can find the artefacts in the subfolder plugins:

https://download.eclipse.org/virgo/release/updatesite/3.6.4.RELEASE/plugins/
