ChenYing Kuo has made an impact on the project. CY has developed from the ground up https://github.com/eclipse-uprotocol/up-client-zenoh-rust project, wrote up the zenoh specification for uProtocol, supports and helps out with up-rust project, attends and contributes
at the weekly uProtocol meetings, and assists the other language implementations of uProtocol-zenoh. It is my pleasure to nominate ChenYing Kuo as a committer on Eclipse uProtocol.

Daniel Krippner has made an impact on the project. He was the first to jump into uProtocol open source development and has been a VERY active contributor every since. Daniel built from the ground up up-rust project and is setting the bar very high for quality
and CI workflows for all other projects to adhere to. He is active in up-spec and other rust projects, and regularly attends uProtocol project sync up meetings. It is my pleasure to nominate Daniel as a committer on Eclipse uProtocol.
