Agree the first two should be entered as bugs against the guidelines.

I don't understand those words.
I'm confused by the following. Editors exist for editor
'Only one instance of an editor may exist, for each editor input '
Oddly worded but what I think its trying to say is that if you open more
than one editor on the same input (resource), then that editing context
is shared. If you type in one, the characters appear in the other. You
can only have one edit view onto
