User Interface Best Practices Working Group members,
The Eclipse Planning Council is meeting the first week of November to 
define what it means to be Ganymede. Our agenda is on wiki: 
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Planning_Council_Agenda  One item of the agenda 
is a report from you all about the status of the UI Guidelines. If you 
want the guidelines to have an impact on Ganymede, this is the time to 
put them forward. If they are not ready for this meeting, we'll have to 
wait until next year (Triton?) to require them for the simultaneous release.

Please RSVP about whether the guidelines will be ready by then and 
whether someone from the working group can come to EclipseWorld to 
present the guidelines to the Planning Council in person.
