Happy new year all! The next meeting of the User Interface Best Practices
Working Group will be January 10, 2007 at 10:00 PST. This is a call for agenda
items. I would like to propose a couple: 1) Review of
where we are with the updates to the best practices guide. 2) Review the Working
Group Charter Related Activities - http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/User_Interface_Best_Practices_Working_Group_Charter_Related_Activities.
At one point we were going to propose these to the planning council. There was
some question as to whether we wanted some of these items to be “mandatory”
or “suggestions”. I believe there will be an opportunity to revisit
this issue with the planning council January 23rd. What do we want
to do here? Anyone else got something they would like to discuss?
