[ui-best-practices-working-group] inquiry about joining

Great to see this working group formed!

Assuming that I meet that criteria as a Committer Member, I would like to
sign up.  How do I do that?  A sentence on Membership section on the wiki
page would be helpful. 

My key interest is in ensuring seamless and consistent integration of
Mylar's Focused UI mechanisms across the Europa products.  I am also
interested in the UI guidelines, and from my user studies of Eclipse and
Mylar may have some data points that could be useful for design discussions.
