[udig-users] Separation of style bundles

Hello everybody,

Recently I‘ve submitted two pull requests to separate style bundles for both, simple and advanced into at least two bundles.

The idea behind is to allow to use these  independently from each other in custom applications.

In Kindle ask you for feedback and test of these new setup. For uDig application nothing will change from a user perspective.

In addition the second pull request clean up codebase regarding ColorEditor‘s.
