Hello everybody,

Sorry for cross-posting ..

I recently checked the current state at Transifex and I'm happy to say that uDig has been translated to Russian. Petr finished it a week ago :D

I would like to synch it into github codebase that we have localization files in the next release(s). Currently it's planned for 1.5.x (Eclipse Indigo 3.7) and 2.0.0 (Eclipse Luna 4.4).

If anybody is interested, please review translations at Transifex [1] and report any issues. Once the properties are merged into codebase, you can download and test SNAPSHOT versions of uDig from Locationtech Build-Server [2] (Don't mind about the current red state, these are Unit-test Issues)

To download:

* click on the job

* select the latest build id on the left

* down below Build Artefacte you can find platform specific zips

* download, unzip

* make sure to have a prepared environment (Java Runtime, etc)
