Hi, I believe that all WMS clients will show this service in the same way. I’m told by the NYS Orthoimagery Program manager that the WMS service serves up JPG imagery for all tiles except those tiles that make up the border for a particular service. Border (the outside boundary) tiles are served up in a PNG format to help with transparency issues when layering multiple services/years in a WMS session. Is this too complex for the renderer in uDig to handle, or is there some other option I’m not seeing that would render the actual imagery and not just show the outline/polygon of the imagery extent?
