2 lists come to my mind for your proposal:
1) the osegeo jobs list: http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/jobs
2) and since you are Italian:
http://lists.gfoss.it/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gfoss
I would send to the Italian, it is quite crowded.
