it depends on which operating system you are on.

For windows we have a grass package that you can refer to (I think
Silvia linked to it in her last mail in answer to you).
In that case it is as much as unzipping an archive on disk and supply
to JGrass the path to that folder.

In the case of linux and mac, you will have to install GRASS
completely and then again refer to the install older from within
JGrass.

The tutorials Silvia was referring to should have the procedure described.
