Hi Matteo,
you will have to define a bit better space time cube analisis.
JGrass has a plugin that supports visualization in time and depth of
netcdf grids (so yes, multitime&space), but by default you can just
view them, not do processing on them.
What exactly would you like to do?
As soon as we have some time left, we will do a release of JGrass with
those plugins.
