Please, be sure that the new plugin is checked for run with udig product
configuration. That is:
- In the run menu select "Run"
- Open "Run Dialog"
- Select "udig.product" configuration, so In the "plugins" tab, check
es.axios.udig.spatialoperations.tutorial is selected
