Hi Olivier:

Do you have a link to the service? You will find that different
clients behave differently - if I try to connect to
"http://10.14.1.94:8080/bgis/wms"; it times out on me.

I don't see anything obviously wrong with your capabilities document
(it has a valid SRS and a reasonable set of bounds).
