Re: [udig-users] udig course

The rest of the training course covers the development side of things - how to customize uDig for your work group or application. The uDig application you download is a sample of what can be built; the training course explores what else can be done (this year people have been interested in building Eclipse RCP applications that use uDig as a display for their own ideas). Other years people have hooked uDig up to stats packages, data wharehouse etc...

If you would like to explore hydrollogy; please check out the JGrass project. It acts as a series of plugins you can install into uDig. You can also find the Axios editing tools which will supply some more options (split / merge / buffer etc...). For installation instructions please review the uDig Help menu; the instructions are under "Community".

Hey all...Congratulations on all your work.
My name is Julia and I am very interested in learning more about udig.
I have visited udig web page and I have tried successfully walkthrough 1 and walkthrough 2.
At this time, I am wondering if there are some courses that I could do.
Thanks to all
Julia
