Hi,

I have added the ability to configure the charset that shapefile uses  
when reading the DBF file.  But as a result I need a few translations:


UiPreferences_charset=Default Charset
CharsetSelectionDialog_title=Select Charset
CharSetFieldEditor_select=Select

I will do a post on the blog about the charsets.  So check the blog  
for more information.


I also need the translations for the Reshape Operation fix from  
before.  I currently have translations a translation for italian and a  
translation from Ugo that I have questions about :-) :


ReshapeOperation_task=processing
ReshapeOperation_2=Unknown Error
ReshapeOperation_3=Error occurred processing request:\n{0}
ReshapeOperation_4=Attribute "{0}" is assigned to an non-existant  
attribute: "{1}"
ReshapeOperation_5=An error occurred when trying to create the  
attribute type for attribute: {0}
ReshapeOperation_6=The attribute {0} was defined twice this is not legal
