win32 exe does not start - missing a JRE

The short cut is:

"C:\Program Files\uDig\1.1\eclipse\udig.exe" -data 
"%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%\uDig\" -configuration "%APPDATA%\udig\uDig1.1\" 
-vm "C:\Program Files\uDig\1.1\eclipse\jre\bin\javaw.exe"

It looks like a JRE is not included in that directory...
Copying in the JRE1.60_6 (with native JAI and ImageIO) from the web site...
