Re: [udig-dev] Rendering Artifacts with Anti Aliasing
|
Just to clarify the shapefile is a linear shapefile not a point
shapefile. I have not done any fancy styling so I don't think it is a
styling issue.
I will try the GeoTools experts.
Thanks,
Emily

It is not expected, it kind of look likes it coming out of the GeoTools
renderer - you may want to ask there? Is there anything special about those
points in the dataset?
Note if you render a point with a LineSymbolizer it will render a small
horizontal line similar to what you see there (in order to show a "line" as
you requested).

When I render a linear shapefile (moderate size; lots of overlapping

these disappear.
Is this expected? Can anyone tell me why this happens? For some reason I
think I've seen this before but I cannot find anything on it.
Thanks,
Emily
