[udig-dev] google-collection 0.8 --> guava

So we have an old copy of google-collections in libs, but we do not use it in the uDig codebase. Moovida do you use this in a JGrass somewhere (or is it an experiment of Jesse's?)

I am dropping it from libs - unless someone tells me different. I have left a note in the pom-libs.xml that we can replace it with the guava-library if needed.
